In late 2016 BC Housing approved the project for funding under the Investment in Housing Innovation Program. Funding of the $3.5M project is coming from BC Housing’s low interest loan of $1.5M plus an interest free loan; QISHS equity; Canadian Mortgage and Housing’s Seed Funding Grant; and of course community donations.
